We want to wish all our patients who are undertaking exams this summer the best of luck! 

We have had some requests for fit notes where a student is too unwell to take an exam. We contacted Ofqual (regulators of examinations) to clarify the guidance. We can confirm that pupils do not need to obtain a medical certificate as proof of illness. Students will be asked for information, but this can take the form of a statement by the school.
